    This agreement is between [Altay Kitap\u00e7\u0131s\u0131], ABN [49 456 133 202] (“Seller”) and the customer (“Buyer”).<\/p>

    1. PRICING & PAYMENT<\/li><\/ol>

      – All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST<\/p>

      – Prices subject to change without notice<\/p>

      – Accepted payment methods: Credit card (via Stripe)<\/p>

      – Orders are not confirmed until payment is processed\u00a0<\/p>

      1. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS & STOCK<\/li><\/ol>

        – Product descriptions are as accurate as possible but minor variations may occur<\/p>

        \u00a0– Stock levels may not be real-time<\/p>

        – Out-of-stock items will be cancelled with full refund\u00a0<\/p>

        1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY<\/li><\/ol>

          – Site content, logos, design are property of the Company<\/p>

          – Unauthorized use is prohibited<\/p>
